I really enjoy speaking with my account administrator contact at eBay.  We manage quite a few different relationships with different merchants and companies and usually the most I can get is email support. 

It's a treat to actually speak with a real live person, catch up on things and have time to ask as many annoying questions as I want.  All my questions are answered professionally and many times I will get more information than I asked for.  I receive feedback, thoughts, concerns, suggestions and most importantly, support.
