Viacom lashed out  today and filed a 1 billion dollar lawsuit against Google for copyright infringement at GooTube (google.com and youtube.com) for distributing over 160,000 Viacom properties (MTV, Comedy Central).  This is not good. Things were kinda stressful around the house today.   My nephew has been fighting off some sort of sickness for the last couple weeks, the usual cough, cold, fever but today things progressed to a more serious note.  After having his fever spike a little higher than normal his body reacted and he needed to be rushed to the hospital.  After getting some fluids and some oxygen he is doing much better and was able to come home this evening.  He was diagnosed with Respitory Syncytial Virus.  ...

Wow.. it was gourgeous day out today here in Colorado.  There wasn't a cloud in the skies and the it must have reached at least 60 some degrees.  Normally I wouldn't consider this to be awesome but this winter was kind of a rough one and very similiar to the winters we tried to escape from Wisconsin.
