And I am not a fan of my cubicle shrinking! I also think it is time to rethink cubicle's, maybie little offices or  if you get sick of it  you can rebel and take it down and work free of the three walls that inclose you. And then when you need some private time (cause your  not on task and you don't want your manager to know) you can set it back up. Well ... I can only dream . They should make cubicles fabulous colors... this muted gray isn't working. Pink cubicles. That's what I am saying! I want to invent fantastically designed cubicles that you can change and swap out walls. It would be like interior design for cubicles, Katie's interior design for cubicles . Maybie just maybie we would all really be excited to do our work.
