I sweared in my GIVENESS blog, I HAVE TO LOSE AT LEAST 5KG IN THE COMING 6 MONTHS.
After got married with a professional chef for 2.5 years ago, my weight increased 10 kg! Sounds so HORRIBLE!
In order to get back my nice figure, I am now carrying out the followings:
1. Running every morning for 3 kilometers (If I can wake up...)
2. Doing both push-up and sit-up for 50 times every night before I sleep
3. Having 1.5 litre mineral water every day
And the most important....I have to control ...
