This time, we are so happy to work with CyberAgent, one of the leading IT group in Japan. The installation will be held on December 19, 2007 at Shibuya, Tokyo, Japan (http://content.ameba.jp/100umbrellas/) .

The installation will be again, run by the office MireyHIROKI. By using our innovative umbrella, EVEREON, spread out the message of environment protection - love our earth, and bring peace to our world. CyberAgent will be fully support for the event.

I do hope, the message will not be known in Japan only, but will carry to all over the world. Everyone will love our earth, and working together, bringing our world peace and happiness.

My body is busy and saturated, my soul is lonely and empty.

It was the first time to leave Candace and Rin alone, flying so far away from them (13 hours difference).

I get no doubt on my dearest wife's ability. Candace is such a strong and independent lady. She can always providing the best to me, Rin and our family.

Rin is a naive baby, can make herself happy and cheerful all the time.

Believe they will have normal and nice days without me.

I believe I have to do somethings. Below is the list I found in Internet, telling how to save water:

- Vegetables and fruit should be washed in a bowl rather than under a running tap and the leftover water can be used for watering house plants.

- Use the minimum amount of water required when you boil water in saucepans and kettles; that way, you'll save energy as well as water.

- Try keeping a bottle or jug of water in the fridge instead of running taps until the water runs cold.

- Try not to leave the tap running while you brush your teeth, shave or wash your hands, as this can waste up to 5 litres of water per minute.

- A 5-minute shower uses about a third of the water of a bath. But remember that power showers can use more water than a bath in less than 5 minutes.

- Cotton wool and tissues should be put in a waste bin rather than flushed down the toilet.

- Dripping taps can waste up to 4 litres of water a day. Replace worn tap washers for a quick and cheap way of saving water.

Oh, my god!

I love to leave my tap running all the time when I brush and shave and everythings once I stand in front of it! It is my habit to keep the tap dripping all the time! And...I never keep my wife's words in mind, throw away the bath water of my baby, never keep for her to do other cleaning jobs!

So...there will be some reasons for the unexpected expensive water bill.

Is that time consuming?

I have been working, working and working for almost a month. During this period, I have gone to several business trips. The time of being home is really less, very very less.

I will go to US tomorrow, leaving my home again.

As my memory, I have not played "ABC cards" with my baby for almost a month, I have not took her to park for another month, I have not danced with her for a month again!

For my wife, I cannot remember when was the last pillow talk. And...I did not have her nice dinner for quite a long long time.

Finally, I can spare some time and having my home dinner today.

It should be warm and nice.

Its deficiency is associated with the onset of adult diabetes and atherosclerosis (hardening of the arteries). Chromium was found to be higher in organic foods by an average of 78%.

* Selenium is one of the antioxidant nutrients that protects us from damage by environmental chemicals. It is protective against cancers and heart disease. It was found to be an average of 390% higher in organic foods.

* Calcium, needed for strong bones, averaged 63% higher in organics.

* Boron, which has been shown to help prevent osteoporosis (along with calcium), averaged 70% more.

* Lithium, which is used to treat certain types of depression, was 188% higher.

* Magnesium, which reduces mortality from heart attacks, keeps muscles from spasming, and eases the symptoms of PMS, averaged 138% more.

Eating organic food, drinking pure water, and watching our airborne chemical exposure can have profound effects on our health.

When one added up the costs of illness in time off work and medical expenses, will find eating organic food was much less expensive than eating non-organic foods. I start to eat better foods now, and my organic refrigerator continues to grow, along with my wife and children.
.

The nightmare of Transfatty acid

This morning, I got a toast with peanut butter for breakfast.
