I am interested in Japanese sign language and love gyoza. I am not sure how you eat gyoza in Japan but here we put a spicy sauce on or in them. Yummm, it makes them good.

Glad to see you are back on. Hopefully the sleep did some good. I will have to go to the library and see if they have a Japanese signing book.
