The Caribbean Education Foundation, Inc. (CEF) is a registered nonprofit organization in the United States. CEF provides scholarships to poor children in Jamaica, the Caribbean and developing world so they can attend school and receive a quality education.
Junior High and High Schools are NOT FREE in Jamaica and thousands of brilliant 10 and 11-year-old children pass their exams, but are unable attend school, because their families cannot pay school tuitions and other school-related costs. CEF scholarships help children to pay tuition, purchase text books, school supplies, meals and transportation.
